This project saw LST Projects convert an existing retail shop into a Medical Health Centre including the addition of an extra floor.

The works comprised of piling to the ground floor, additional steelwork throughout the building to take the additional floor, plus a steel structure to form the additional floor.

The building was completely stripped out and new walling was erected throughout to create new consulting rooms, admin areas and toilets.

New M&E services were brought in, including CCTV, door access, data, fire alarm and AHU system, and a new lift.

There were also new flooring, walls and ceiling finishes throughout the building along with external zinc cladding to the additional floor. The building was awarded BREEAM Very Good.
