Following a review of our 2019 successes and completed projects, the event set out how our business will continue to meet and exceed our clients’ needs and expectations. This included a 2020 Vision talk aligned to our overall aim to be the contractor of choice in our field of expertise.
As well as continuing to focus on specialist sectors, reaching our goals will also rely on the skills, dedication and hard work of our talented team. We are passionate about supporting each and every one of our employees to ensure they remain happy, motivated and invested in our values and culture.
The event was an ideal opportunity to highlight these messages. From team building exercises and insights on health and safety through to a motivational speech about the power of positive thinking, there was a range of activities and discussions all linked to what we stand for.
As a family business with family values, we were also pleased to welcome Eric and Janet Tuffin to the day; it was Eric’s grandfather Louis who founded LST more than a century ago.
As a team we now stand ready for what is set to be another exciting and successful year underpinned by a clear strategy and vision.
