A Creative Approach to Overcoming Challenges!

Workmanship

Trust is essential in client/contractor relationships. When those relationships involve improvements to a working environment where staff are using hazardous chemicals, reliability, communication and high calibre workmanship are even more vital. As well as adhering to critical deadlines and meeting quality requirements.

Having already completed works for NOC’s Southampton to remodel their labs [case study] we were delighted when they asked us to work on the replacement of their fume cupboard area.

This required specialist skills to remove and isolate the old fume cupboard and managing potential exposure to the contamination present in the cold fume cupboards. Decontamination of the old fume cupboards and removal can take several weeks.

The project drew on our experience of working within various research centres, such as The Medical Research Council Lab and NOC’s Logistics Area and involved close communication with the management team and NOC’s to ensure everyone’s safety and the success of the project.

This project is typical of our creative approach to overcoming challenges and ensuring that we deliver high quality results with reliability, quality and safety on time and on budget.
