On site for 26 weeks, LST will carry out landlord compliance works to the outpatients department in Yellow Wing at Crawley Hospital. The team will be responsible for stripping out internal spaces and installing new mechanical and electrical infrastructure, ceilings, flooring, and doors as well as redecoration.
To minimise disruption, LST has created a separate area providing a temporary space for the outpatients department, ensuring it can continue to operate at the hospital throughout the works.
The project will also see LST put measures in place to minimise environmental impact, including a waste management plan aimed at recycling or reusing as many building materials as possible.

“The location of this project will require stringent measures to ensure the hospital, service providers and patients are not affected by the works, and that hygiene is prioritised. Infection control is of paramount importance, which will see us implement rigorous site operating procedures.”
