It was a fun filled, black tie evening with champagne reception, three course meal, music and raffle prizes, held at Norton Park on the outskirts of Winchester.
We had the pleasure of joining in and our HR Officer – Sara Duffy, and Site Manager – Rob Day attended the event, alongside the Mayor and Mayoress of Southampton and one of the Centre’s amazing trauma patients who suffered multiple injuries in 2016, when a car ploughed into him whilst crossing a road.
He is a huge advocate of the work they do at the Trauma Centre and will be cycling the London to Brighton Bike Ride in September – a 54 mile challenge, to fund raise, despite impairment in his legs from the accident!
